I. PURCHASE POLICY

1. How to Place an Order

You can pay online via credit card or bank transfer.

Selling or supplying alcohol to individuals under 18 years old in Vietnam is against the law. By placing an order or registering to participate in any event hosted by Grand Cru – Modern Wine Bar, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
In accordance with our Age Verification Policy and Vietnamese licensing regulations, attendees may be required to present valid photo identification to confirm their age. If you are unable to provide such proof, we reserve the right to refuse service or product delivery.

2. Delivery Policy

2.1 Age Verification upon Delivery

*Grand Cru Co., Ltd. may verify the recipient’s age at the time of delivery if there is any doubt, ensuring that the recipient is at least 18 years old.

2.2 Delivery Fee

Grand Cru – Modern Wine Bar applies shipping fees according to rates agreed with our logistics partners for all confirmed orders.
For customers residing in cities or provinces where our stores are located, we offer direct home delivery.

2.3 Delivery Time

Orders will be shipped within the agreed timeframe after all order procedures are completed.
Delivery typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on location and stock availability (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
For urgent orders, please contact our hotline, send us a message, or note your request in the order comments for assistance (additional costs may apply).

For credit card payments, order processing time begins once full payment has been confirmed.
Grand Cru – Modern Wine Bar reserves the right to adjust delivery timelines without prior notice in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, special events).

Orders will be attempted for delivery a maximum of two times. If the first attempt fails, our team will arrange a second delivery within two working days. If we are unable to contact you or receive no response, the order will be cancelled.

For order inquiries or status updates, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Upon delivery, please complete payment, sign the delivery receipt, and check the product for any defects.
Retain your shipping receipt for verification purposes.

3. Inspection Policy

Inspection involves checking and comparing products received with the original order placed on the Grand Cru – Modern Wine Bar system.

Inspection Guidelines:

-We do not sell alcohol to persons under 18 years old.

-Customers may check items together with the delivery staff at the time of receipt (tasting is not supported).

-Customers must record a video of the unboxing process for any claims regarding damage or incorrect items.

Scope of Inspection:

– Verify product details (sample image, product code, product name) against the confirmed order.

– Do not open sealed boxes or break warranty seals.

– Do not scratch off codes used for points or gifts.

If the product does not match the order:

– If we made an error, you may refuse delivery and payment, or request a replacement for prepaid orders.

– If the order was correct but you change your mind, our exchange policy applies and you will bear any related shipping costs.

4. Product Description & Pricing

Product descriptions and prices are listed on our official price list, marketing materials, and/or website.
If a product is mistakenly priced lower than intended, we are not obligated to provide it at the incorrect price, provided we inform you before delivery.

If you have been overcharged, the full difference will be refunded.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please refer to the latest price list or our website for up-to-date rates.

Price variations may occur due to currency fluctuations, tax/VAT changes, or stock availability. Discounts on case purchases apply only to purchases of the same wine (mixed cases are excluded).

5. Product & Service Quality Commitment

We are committed to delivering premium service and ensuring all products are safe and legally compliant.
If a wine is faulty or spoiled, we will replace it immediately. If replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund equal to its value. Faulty bottles must be returned for inspection.

As some wines are best enjoyed young, we provide storage and consumption guidance. Refunds may not be issued for wine stored improperly or held for too long.

II. PAYMENT POLICY

The purchasing and payment methods at Grand Cru – Modern Wine Bar are as follows:

Due to the nature of our business, which involves alcohol (a conditional business product), and in compliance with Article 6 of Decree No. 24/2020/ND-CP on the Law on Prevention and Control of Harmful Effects of Alcohol and Beer, which requires measures to prevent individuals under 18 from accessing, searching for information, or purchasing alcohol and beer through e-commerce, we have implemented the following policies.

When purchasing products online from Grand Cru – Modern Wine Bar, only online payments through the payment gateways and e-wallets integrated on our website are accepted.

Please be aware that when placing an order, after you complete your personal information and proceed to the payment step, the payment information (card, e-wallet) must belong to the same person who placed the order. If the names do not match, we are required to cancel the order and will notify you to place a new one.

You can visit our nearest branches to make a payment, and our staff will be happy to assist you.

*Please note: Customers who need a VAT invoice must make a bank transfer to the company’s account. Please call our sales staff before making the transfer for further instructions. To ensure your transaction is secure, only transfer funds to the account numbers provided above.

If you are paying by Visa or Mastercard by swiping your card at Grand Cru – Modern Wine Bar, you must present the physical card and be the cardholder to sign the payment slip. We are not responsible for transactions made with another person’s card.

As soon as we verify the payment and receive the “credit” (CÓ/YES) confirmation from our bank via the account holder’s phone, we will process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
