Return & exchange policy

Grand Cru Co., Ltd. guarantees that all products sold at Grand Cru – Modern Wine Bar are 100% genuine imports and meet quality standards at the time of delivery to the customer.
To safeguard consumer rights and enhance after-sales service, Grand Cru – Modern Wine Bar offers support for exchanging products of the same type (or equal value) or issuing a refund.

I. PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY

Grand Cru – Modern Wine Bar accepts exchanges for products of the same type or equivalent value under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items Upon Delivery

-Applicable only if the package is inspected upon delivery.

-Customers are encouraged to inspect the condition of the package and product prior to payment to ensure correct model, quantity, color, and external condition without defects.

-If any issues are found, please refuse delivery and contact our Support Team via Hotline: 0904 799 009.

2. Exchanges After Payment

If you discover damage, incorrect items, or missing products after payment, please record a video clearly showing the product condition and send it to us for assistance with an exchange or shipment of the missing items.

3. Exchange Conditions

-Products must remain in their original condition, unused, with undamaged packaging, and must not have been chilled or partially consumed.

-The original purchase receipt from Grand Cru – Modern Wine Bar must be presented.

4. Exchange Request Timeline

-Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

-Claims for incorrect items must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

-Requests submitted after these periods may be declined.

II. REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Eligibility

If an ordered and paid-for product is out of stock and no suitable replacement is available, we will process a refund.

2. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days after the customer receives the product.

3. Refund Methods

-For bank transfers, refunds will be credited to the original payment account.

-For payments made in person, customers must visit our premises to collect the refund (our staff will contact you to arrange an appointment).

4. Refund Costs

Refunds are free of charge. Grand Cru – Modern Wine Bar will return 100% of the amount paid in advance by the customer.

III. CONDITIONS & VALUE OF EXCHANGES

1. The exchanged product must be of equal or greater value than the original item (based on the listed price on our website).

2. If the exchange item has a higher value, the customer will be charged the difference.

3. If the exchange item has a lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.
